"Readers of this review should first know that I am very hard to impress. Now here's my report. I pretty much had my choice of Agents in selling my home in Newport Beach. Choosing Allison proved the too high IQ test results in college that none of my friends believed for a minute probably weren't some fluke mistake after all. After two years of patience and support, while I resolved issues on my end and grappled with COVID restrictions, I finally gave Allison the green light to sell, basically hopping a plane and leaving the whole mess and it was a real mess in her lap. I was still unloading boxes in Texas when she called with the first half-dozen hard offers and then watched as she graciously cracked the whip on everything from HOA reps to Closing clerks and Buyer's Agents. Her handling of the bidding competition she engineered could be a Real Estate Master Class. It ended at a final price so far above Asking that I wasn't sure I completely believed it until the number showed up in my own bank balance. At one point, I considered buying another place in Orange County, just for the fun of watching her work again. Be smart, work with Allison."

"Tim Robertson represented us in the sale of our townhouse in East Bluff in Newport Beach. He came in and advised us of a few repairs and freshen-up ideas which we went with. Our townhouse sold to one of the 8 potential buyers who walked in the first day it was open. The deal was negotiated within 5 days and in escrow within a week. He had to work hard to get our price which was a record for the plan we were selling. The most it had ever sold for was 1.2 million and he got 1.65 million furnished! Needless to say, we are thrilled and very impressed with his skills. The escrow process went off without a hitch and the closing took place in about 40 days. We never had any problem reaching Tim and he got back to us right away with anything we needed. Also, he handled getting the work we needed to have done on our place from his 'update' suggestions and the repairs that came up in the inspection. We felt like that was an extra added service as getting bids and going over to let workers into the house, inspecting their work, etc. isn't usually the real-estate agent's responsibility."

"Tim Robertson was referred to me by some friends. The first time I met Tim, I noticed how professional and efficient he was. All the necessary paperwork/contract was in order. Everything was explained thoroughly very patiently to me so I would know what was going on. Tim was friendly and easy-going as well, very open to all my suggestions and a few ideas of his own. My condo was listed in September and was sold in February. Tim and his associate Allison Foster (just as efficient and friendly) had a few open houses for my condo in those few months, they worked very hard, and kept me posted at all times about everything. Tim also found my new home, where I'm living right now. I would most definitely ask Tim to be my realtor agent again and also refer him to anyone looking for an agent."

"Tim was extremely effective at helping my wife and me land our first property purchase in South Orange County. We made offers on multiple properties with Tim in one of the most trying times for buyers; during the covid-19 pandemic, there was a significant supply shortage, and a plethora of buyers hoping to take advantage of the "historic low mortgage rates." In the end, the sellers accepted our offer over 11 other offers, and even tried to back out when an even higher offer was put in after ours was accepted. Tim did a great job of managing the situation behind the scenes without bothering us at all and took care of it seamlessly. We moved smoothly through the open of escrow, inspection, diligence, and onto close of escrow with no other issues."

"I would highly recommend Tim for any real estate dealings you might have. He worked extremely close with me to buy my first property in Southern California. His expertise in the local market and local real estate regulations as well as his business manner and attentiveness made him a dream to work with. The home Tim represented me in purchasing was my fourth - and he was the only agent that attended the closing with me to ensure that things went smooth and that I understood everything I was signing. The only thing left to say is that he's an extremely interesting person with a magnetic personality. If and when I sell my home, Tim will be the person I call first."

"Allison Foster is a pleasure to work with. I have had numerous agents over the years as a buyer and seller and she is top on my list. She is loyal and sincere to her clients; bright, detail-oriented and perseveres with determination and enthusiasm until she finds what you are looking for. Buying and/or selling is stressful. Allison always knew exactly what the status was as we moved through the process and was very supportive, patient, and instilled confidence. I think she really enjoys Her work and is very good at what she does. I wouldn't consider working with anyone else."
