Choosing Allison proved the too high IQ test results in college that none of my friends believed for a minute probably weren't some fluke mistake after all. After two years of patience and support, while I resolved issues on my end and grappled with COVID restrictions, I finally gave Allison the green light to sell, basically hopping a plane and leaving the whole mess and it was a real mess in her lap. I was still unloading boxes in Texas when she called with the first half-dozen hard offers and then watched as she graciously cracked the whip on everything from HOA reps to Closing clerks and Buyer's Agents. Her handling of the bidding competition she engineered could be a Real Estate Master Class. It ended at a final price so far above Asking that I wasn't sure I completely believed it until the number showed up in my own bank balance. At one point, I considered buying another place in Orange County, just for the fun of watching her work again. Be smart, work with Allison."

Our townhouse sold to one of the 8 potential buyers who walked in the first day it was open. The deal was negotiated within 5 days and in escrow within a week. He had to work hard to get our price which was a record for the plan we were selling. The most it had ever sold for was 1.2 million and he got 1.65 million furnished! Needless to say, we are thrilled and very impressed with his skills. The escrow process went off without a hitch and the closing took place in about 40 days. We never had any problem reaching Tim and he got back to us right away with anything we needed. Also, he handled getting the work we needed to have done on our place from his 'update' suggestions and the repairs that came up in the inspection. We felt like that was an extra added service as getting bids and going over to let workers into the house, inspecting their work, etc. isn't usually the real-estate agent's responsibility."

Tim and his associate Allison Foster (just as efficient and friendly) had a few open houses for my condo in those few months, they worked very hard, and kept me posted at all times about everything.
